Use T25 Torx wrench for disassembly.

According to a certain sequence, loosen the upper cover screws diagonally and remove the upper cover.

Use a T25 torx wrench to loosen the fixing screw of the urea pressure sensor, and gently pull out the sensor by hand.

Check whether the O-ring seal on the urea pressure sensor is damaged or has particles.

Use a T25 Torx wrench to loosen the bottom cover screws diagonally in a certain order, and then remove the bottom cover.

Loosen the reversing valve fixing screw with a T25 torx wrench, and remove the reversing valve.

Check the O-ring for damage, deformation and particles.

Check whether the plastic block of the O-ring carrier is cracked

If you need to check the inside of the reverse valve, you can open the buckles on both sides of the reverse valve, and then open the reverse valve.

Check whether the dial block is damaged, deformed or stuck in particles.

Check whether the O-ring is deformed or has particles.

The installation of the dial block is directional. As shown in the figure, it is the correct notch position. Reverse installation will cause failure to build pressure or internal leakage.

Pull out the solenoid valve spool.

Use a T25 torx wrench to loosen the fixing screws of the solenoid valve body.

Open the main motor buckle and remove the main motor.

Check the diaphragm for damage or particles.

Check whether the diaphragm carrier is blocked or deformed.

Check whether the diaphragm hole is blocked.

Remove the solenoid valve body.

Use a 30 sleeve to remove the filter element cover.

Take out the balance unit.
